1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Products, Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) or accepted online payment gateways. Orders will only be processed upon successful confirmation of full payment.
3. Delivery Services
We offer delivery services subject to the following terms:
- Greater Accra Region: Express delivery calculated dynamically based on distance from our store to your specified address.
- Regional Deliveries (Outside Greater Accra): Standard flat-rate delivery fee of GH₵ 30.00 across other regions in Ghana.
- Accuracy of Address: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate address details and a reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required due to inaccurate address or unreachable contact.
4. Store Pickup Terms & 3-Day Rule
If you select Store Pickup during checkout, the following terms apply:
- Service Fee: A 2% service charge is added to all store pickup orders to cover order staging and processing.
- 3-Day Pickup Deadline: You must pick up your order within 3 calendar days from order confirmation. Orders not collected within 3 days will be automatically cancelled.
- Pickup Verification: You must present your order confirmation/invoice and valid identification or order contact details at the store.
5. Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. The sole exception is when a paid item is out of stock or unavailable, in which case you will be notified and issued a refund for the affected item.
6. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Factory Price Mall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products, or from delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
